We were contracted to arrange and manage the teambuilding of PWC’s annual weekend away.  Teams were allocated and their physical and mental boundaries were pushed to the limit whilst enjoying the Amazing race around the beautiful Green Fountain Farm near Port Alfred.  The teams had to work together to build items, work out puzzles and get really wet at times!  There were many laughs and great team spirit throughout the day, as always with this group!

The medical department was met by Blueprint out at Off Camber Adventures in the Elandsrivier area for a day of fun and adventure.  The teams enjoyed quad biking, air riffle shooting, an obstacle course where team work was required at all times between the laughs and jokes.  The fun day ended with a piggy back 4x4 adventure through the mountains with screams and laughter heard from afar….  A fantastic day filled with lots of team spirit, it was a true delight to spend the day with this group.

Blueprint Events had the privilege of designing and managing Sovereign Foods' extravagant launch which ran over two days.  The first evening was the formal presentation and reveal of their new products, followed by a Morrocan evening under stretch tents.  The following day clients were treated to tours of Sovereign Foods' state of the art facilities, followed by a seafood extravaganza.

VWSA's HRC & ETI Department enjoyed the sights of the Tsitsikamma area.  The group obviously enjoyed their conference as many laughs were heard from all around the Hotel.

A delightful overnight event spent at Bushman Sands in Alicedale.  Staff and partners enjoyed conferencing, an Interactive Drumming Workshop, Game Drive, Spa Treatments, Golf, Making their own TV commercials and a motivational workshop by Alan Glover.  A bush braai was the highlight of the evening where dinner was served on the river's edge with a roaring bonfire.  Guests were entertained by a fire juggler and Marimba Band.  We were mock charged by an elephant while setting up for dinner and my life flashed before me, a true Game Reserve experience never to be forgotten!

FNB ATM's office endured the sweltering heat out at Off Camber Adventures where they enjoyed quad biking and paintball.  A mouth watering braai and some drinks were served to round off the day.

Staff and their families enjoyed a Year End Christmas Party at Holmeleigh Farmyard.  The children had loads of entertainment, from a giant waterslide to jumping castles, clowns and creativity tent.  Adults were treated with quad rides, paintball target shooting, volley ball, touch rugby and soccer.  We had our trusty medical response company on call, ECMR, for any emergencies – thank goodness there was only a bee sting!

We thoroughly enjoyed putting together a Hippie Themed Year End Dinner at Restaurant 78.  Welcome cocktails were served in multi coloured glowing martini glasses, while lava lamps, peace signs and matching décor all rounded off the event.

A teambuild by the Morgan Bay seaside!  Staff enjoyed making their own TV commercials, paintball target shooting and Foosball.  TV commercials were played back at their dress up party that night – with loads of laughter, followed by an amazing prize giving.

We were sub-contracted to arrange the tent structures, décor, AV and catering equipment for the three Hospitality Suites at the Celine Dion concert.  It was a magical evening enjoyed by all!

We thoroughly enjoyed putting together New Holland Construction's Yellow Day at Rover Motorcycle Club.  Customers enjoyed being welcomed by professional hostesses, dance performances and pre-presentation cocktails.
